The airline lost my bag, can you help me?
If your bag was lost, the most important thing you need to do is file a claim with the airline before leaving the airport. Check with them to see what you are entitled to and make sure they tell you the best way to follow up with them.
Baggage claims are handled by a specific team at the airline which doesn’t work with travel agencies or anyone for that matter, so they will be in contact with you directly. Consider Apple Air Tags or similiar technology if you want better information.
If you incur any related expenses, we recommend that you keep the receipts as you might be able to submit them to the airline for compensation.
