I plan to travel with sports equipment/mobility assistance/pets/special medications/children’s equipment – how do I add this to my reservation?

You can contact the airlines in your itinerary directly or email us at customerservice@airtreks.com and we will help you. 

Please note that the airlines have different policies when it comes to special items, and some may not be accepted at all. The airline might require that you send them via cargo, or charge additional fees to transport them.
